Powered by the Rolex Caliber 3135 automatic movement, it delivers approximately 48 hours of power reserve and reliable chronometer-certified performance. Finished on an Oyster bracelet with the original Fliplock clasp and diver’s extension, this Submariner combines classic tool-watch functionality, honest vintage charm, and enduring collector appeal.
Pre-owned Rolex Submariner ref 16610 (1991) played an integral role in the evolution of the modern Submariner. It was produced for more than two decades and helped bridge the gap between vintage-era models and the modern ceramic generation that followed. Also, ref. 16610 was the last stainless steel time-and-date Submariner to feature the classic aluminum bezel insert, a design that Rolex eventually replaced with the ceramic-bezel ref. 116610 in 2010. The watch features the familiar 40mm stainless steel Oyster case, black aluminum timing bezel, and black dial with luminescent hour markers.
