Shortly after, Rolex introduced this watch, pairing the same black ceramic bezel with stainless steel and yellow gold in the brand’s signature Yellow Rolesor. The result is a watch that balances the durability of steel with the warmth of gold, particularly through the gold center links, crown, and bezel. The black dial features the larger “maxi” layout with bold hour markers and hands for unparalleled legibility, along with the signature green GMT hand used during this generation. The 40mm case has the broader proportions typical of the era. Inside beats the caliber 3186 automatic movement, allowing the wearer to track a second time zone.
