Pre-owned Rolex GMT-Master II ref. 16713 (1991) is one of the most distinctive GMT-Master references of its era. Better known as the “Root Beer,” it trades the collection’s traditional red-and-blue or black-and-red bezel inserts for a warm brown and gold color scheme that gives the watch a completely different personality. It’s still every bit the travel watch the GMT-Master was designed to be, however. The rotatable 24-hour bezel works alongside the independently adjustable GMT hand to track multiple time zones at once, a feature originally developed for professional pilots crossing continents and oceans.
