This pre-owned Omega Speedmaster Grey Side of the Moon ref. 310.92.44.50.06.001 (2025) honors OMEGA’s lunar legacy with a 44.25mm grey ceramic case and plasma-treated finish. The skeletonized grey dial and laser-ablated Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 3869 movement showcase the moon’s near and far sides, while a grey ceramic bezel with Super-LumiNova tachymeter adds precision timing. Chronograph functions include small seconds, 30-minute, and 12-hour counters, with Moonwatch-style hands and luminous indexes. Worn on a grey nylon strap with ceramic foldover clasp, this Speedmaster blends advanced materials, lunar inspiration, and collector-ready performance.
Pre-owned Omega Speedmaster ref 310.92.44.50.06.001 (2025), also known as the “Grey Side of the Moon,” takes the classic Speedy formula and pushes it in a more modern direction. The 44.25mm case is made entirely of grey ceramic, giving it a lightweight feel with a slightly stealthier look compared to traditional steel Moonwatches. It still carries that same space heritage, just interpreted in a different way here. The dial and movement are where this one gets interesting. The skeletonized grey dial gives us a view of the laser-ablated caliber 3869, designed to mimic the surface of the moon. You can see the “near side” from the front, and flip it over to view the “far side” through the caseback. It’s a fantastic tribute to Omega’s role in space exploration. At the same time, it still features the familiar Speedmaster layout, along with a ceramic tachymeter bezel and white Super-LumiNova for low-light visibility.
