Introduced in 1976, just a few years after Audemars Piguet released the Royal Oak, the Nautilus helped establish the luxury steel sports watch category that continues to influence much of collecting today. Like the Royal Oak, it was designed by the legendary Gérald Genta, yet it forged an identity all its own with a distinctive rounded octagonal bezel, porthole-inspired case, and elegantly integrated bracelet. This ladies’ model is made entirely from stainless steel and measures an incredibly wearable 35.2mm. The beautiful blue opaline dial is decorated with a horizontal wave pattern and features applied white gold Arabic numerals and baton-style hour markers filled with luminous material, along with matching white gold alpha-style hands. Powering the watch is Patek Philippe’s in-house caliber 26-330 S C, a beautifully finished self-winding movement visible through the sapphire caseback and bearing the prestigious Patek Philippe Seal.
